This newer version is not built as an update to the old Simple Prospect Manager app due to major differences in infrastructure. Unfortunately, data migration from the old app to the new app is not possible. However, you can export data from the old app into Excel and import it into the new app while assigning the same category names used before in the old app.

Can I import data from my old app to this newer version?

No, this app is not built as an update to the old Simple Prospect Manager app for two main reasons:

1. The infrastructure of the old and new app is completely different, making data migration complicated as the old app's data is currently saved on users' devices.
2. If we were to make it an update, all old users' data would be lost.

What is the workaround to import data from the old app?

You can export data from the old app into Excel and import it into the new app. When importing, make sure to assign the same category names used before in the old app.
